President
40 years experience in the oil/gas exploration, production, and service business.
Founded French Petroleum Corporation and Affiliates which had operations in the Mid-continent, Gulf Coast, West/East Texas, and several other hydrocarbon basins in the United States.
Cofounded MCS Technologies which managed waste streams in oil refineries, chemical plants and oil exploration/production sites; sold the business to U.S. Filter Corporation (NYSE) in 2002.
THOMAS EASLEY
Senior Vice President
Over 46 years of industry experience in both public and private companies concentrated in the energy sector.
Experience in structuring, due diligence, negotiating and implementing business acquisitions and mergers, IPO’s, partnership roll-ups and financings.
Former Audit Services Partner with Touche Ross & Co. (KNA Deloitte) with specialization in the domestic and international energy sector.
Former CFO for Boots & Coots, Drillers Inc., and Granada Group, and CAO for Damson Oil Corp. and Partnerships.
MICHAEL LESTER
Director
Over 31 years financial experience.
Founder of Sulphur River Corporation and Oil & Gas Producers, Inc. Bledsoe Lester Corporation which later merged with Gill Capital Management to form Argentus Partners, LLC.
Currently serves as a Board member of Argentus Partners, LLC, as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Summit Alliance companies and as a director and officer of Benefit Harbor.
BS in Business from Bradley University.
Holds registration with FINRA and the Texas State Securities Board.
RICHARD HALPRIN, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
and Controller
Over 29 years experience in the oil/gas exploration and production business.
Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, marketing, start-up ventures, audits, due-diligence, financial modeling, strategic planning, and debt/equity financing.
Founding member of a small independent E&P company that divested all of its assets achieving a 400% ROI.
Professional experience includes increasing financial responsibilities in Southern Louisiana, Appalachian, Permian Basin and offshore energy assets.
STEPHEN WIPPEL
Manager Geology and
Geophysical
Over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focused in the Gulf Coast, and an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
Extensive experience with Amoco Oil Company, Williams Exploration, Samoan Oil & Gas, and Burlington Resources.
While with Burlington Resources, served as Manager of Geophysics – Onshore Gulf Coast.
WILLIAM GREEN
Geophysicist
37 years experience as a geophysicist in progressive levels of responsibilities in U.S. domestic and international operations, including Oskya Corporation, British Petroleum, Burlington Resources, Mobil E&P Services, Inc. and Amoco Production Co.
While with Burlington resources, served as Manager – Offshore Gulf Coast – Eastern Block.
Extensive experience in geophysical technical reviews, Onshore and Offshore US Gulf Coast, Shelf, Deep Water, Africa, South America and Australia.
